Bill has a B.S. in chemistry from Spring Hill College, Mobile, AL. His master’s, from the University of Missouri St. Louis, is in Secondary Education, with an emphasis in science education. Bill has been teaching for 40 years at St. Louis University High School, St. Louis, MO. He teaches Accelerated Chemistry, AP Environmental Science, and Environmental STEM. 

 He serves as Garden Director for the school/community garden. 

Bill serves on the Advisory Committee for the Grow Exhibit at the St. Louis Science Center. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greenhouse Venture, an after-school STEM program with an emphasis on bio-science and urban agriculture for underserved students in the St. Louis area.
