Connecting body and soul with nature is often a very difficult task for people, because their mind is usually distracted or full of worries. This prevents them from obtaining all the benefits that natural environments produce, such as improving physical and/or emotional state and attention.

To establish a positive connection with nature there are different techniques, such as the following:

Step 1: Look at any plant and ask yourself what famous designer could have created something like this?

Step 2: Go closer and look at every little detail. Perceive their shapes and colors, have you ever seen them before? Where?

Step 3: After a couple of minutes, look away again to take in the whole landscape.

Step 4: Continue with your walk trying to keep your concentration on your breathing, listening to every sound and observing the landscape with its details.
