On March 16, the Loyola University Climate Change Conference will examine the growing crisis of climate-driven human migration. Speakers will highlight the critical connections between climate change, forced migration, and social justice, focusing on equitable solutions that serve the needs of the world’s most vulnerable populations.
The event includes a keynote presentation and panel discussion, followed by a networking reception. The conference is free, open to the public, and relevant to anyone interested in climate change or refugee and humanitarian issues. It will take place in person on Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus, with an option to participate remotely.
