Philip Nahlik is a Jesuit from the USA Central and Southern (UCS) Province. He is currently in the Jesuit First Studies program at Loyola University Chicago, where he is studying philosophy and theology while finishing his PhD in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. He holds a masters and a bachelors of science in chemistry from LUC and is also a graduate of St. Louis University High School. His research interests include curriculum design and evaluation for chemistry students at the high school and early college levels, especially inquiry-based methods and contextual problem solving in local communities.
